I plan to talk to a Lawyer Monday morning.
My original wheels and tires were stolen last year from my garage.
At that time I had aftermarket rims on my 2007 corvette.
I advised Geico when I first placed the wheels and tires onto my vehicle.
I didn't received anything from Geico at that time, Geico (Traverlers) my homeowner insurance could only give me five hundred dollars, but I have a five hundred dollar depuctable.
So I received Zero. On 4-6-10 an unknown person(s) broke into my garage and this time took my aftermarket wheels from off of my 2007 corvette.
Geico advised me that yes we knew the aftermarket rims were on your car, but you didn't add it to your policy.
So we will not pay for your wheels and tires.
They made me fell like a suspect, not a victim.
My vehicle is still on bricks in my garage.
I'm always current on my insurance.
I advised them on two occasion about my wheels and tires.
This is how they treats their customers.
I am not taking a loss this time. I will see a attorney Monday morning and file a complaint with Maryland Insurance Administration.
