I HAD A 2001 MERCEDES FULL COVERAGE UNTIL I CAME TO GEICO.
THE INCOMPETENT AGENT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO WRITE THE POLICY DUE TO HER BEING POSSIBLY NEW OR JUST INCOMPETENT.
I HAVE A LIEN HOLDER AND MY CAR WAS STOLEN JANUARY 28, 2010 AND TOLD I ONLY HAVE LIABILITY!
NOW PARDON ME THIS IS SOME REAL BS. WELL HOW ABOUT MY SOCIAL NUMBER WAS OFF AND DATE OF BIRTH.
CLEARLY THIS SHOWS INCOMPETENCE AND A LACK OF USER ERROR NOT TODRA'S ERROR.
I AM GETTING A LAWYER AND PROCEED WITH A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
I HAVE HEARD OF TOO MANY COMPLAINTS SIMILAR TO MINE. I ADDED A 97 PAID FOR BMW TO THE POLICY AND REQUESTED ONLY LIABILITY FOR IT..
WHY WOULDN'T ANYONE TELL ME AT THAT TIME I ONLY HAD LIABILITY FOR THE MERCEDES?
THE USER ERROR AGENT NEVER INPUT MY LIEN HOLDER INFO (THIS IS WHAT ANGIE CROOMS FOR GEICO HANDLING MY CLAIM SAYS) INTO THE SYSTEM.
WELL SHE KEPT PLACING ME ON HOLD FOR EVER AND A DAY. SO I ASSUME SHE WAS LEFT TO JUST FIDDLE FOR HERSELF TO WRITE THIS POLICY?
I AM NOT TAKING THIS HIT LAYING DOWN!
I ONLY HAD ELEVEN PAYMENTS LEFT AND I WAS DONE WITH CAR NOTES!
WHO WANTS TO START OVER PAYING FOR CAR NOTES!
