Consumer Complaints About Geico

my car was damaged and Geico claims they only replace your damaged parts with USED parts.

After arguing with agents and supervisors for a month, they say that is their policy with geico claims.

People should be alert and aware of geicos policy.

Dont think you are going to get new parts, You will only get used parts.
