If you are a homeowner then you have to purchase a higher car insurance policy.
That's what my car insurance company told me.
supposedly if you own a home and you get into a car accident, your car insurance compaly has a maximum amount they will cover.
once the other party know you are a home owner they they will sue you for a higher ammount, you could loose your home.
Homeowners let's talk about that!
